Shipping & Returns

1. Preparation and Delivery Times

  • Preparation: Most orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during high-volume periods, these preparation times may be affected.

  • Domestic (Spain): Once shipped, standard delivery via Correos takes 2–3 business days.

  • Europe: Delivery typically takes around one week for most European destinations.

  • Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the transport company and start once you receive your “Order Shipped” notification.

2. Local Pickup (Madrid)

  • Free Pickup: You can select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout to save on shipping costs.

  • Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the specific pickup details and available times.

  • Preparation: Just like shipped orders, pickup orders are usually ready within 48 hours.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight:

  • Spain (Peninsula): €4.00 (Standard) (100g to 500g weight category) / €9.00 (Tracked) (100g to 500g weight category).
  • Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla, & Canarias: €6.00. (The buyer is responsible for any local taxes or customs fees) .
  • Europe: Costs vary by country and weight; these will be shown clearly in your cart.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €60 within Spain.

4. Packaging and Care

I take great care in packaging to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, I do it with love and care, one by one:

  • Prints (up to A3): Shipped flat in a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent bending.
  • Large Prints (50x70cm+): Carefully rolled and shipped in protective cardboard tubes.
  • Quality Check: Every item is inspected before packing to ensure it leaves the studio in perfect condition.

5. Returns and Cancellations

14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to notify me if you wish to return a non-personalized item.

  • Cancellations: If you change your mind, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, before the order is prepared.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund.
  • Exclusions: Due to their nature, custom commissions and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damage during transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the item and contact me within 24 hours. I will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out so I can file a claim with the carrier.
