1. Preparation and Delivery Times

Preparation: Most orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours
. Please note that during high-volume periods, these preparation times may be affected . -
Domestic (Spain): Once shipped, standard delivery via Correos takes 2–3 business days. -
Europe: Delivery typically takes around one week for most European destinations. -
Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the transport company and start once you receive your “Order Shipped” notification.
2. Local Pickup (Madrid)

Free Pickup: You can select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout to save on shipping costs

Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the specific pickup details and available times. -
Preparation: Just like shipped orders, pickup orders are usually ready within 48 hours.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight
Spain (Peninsula): €4.00 (Standard) (100g to 500g weight category) / €9.00 (Tracked) (100g to 500g weight category). Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla, & Canarias: €6.00. (The buyer is responsible for any local taxes or customs fees). Europe: Costs vary by country and weight; these will be shown clearly in your cart. - Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €60 within Spain

4. Packaging and Care
I take great care in packaging to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, I do it with love and care, one by one
Prints (up to A3): Shipped flat in a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent bending. Large Prints (50x70cm+): Carefully rolled and shipped in protective cardboard tubes. - Quality Check: Every item is inspected before packing to ensure it leaves the studio in perfect condition

5. Returns and Cancellations
14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to notify me if you wish to return a non-personalized item
Cancellations: If you change your mind, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, before the order is prepared. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund . Exclusions: Due to their nature, custom commissions and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damage during transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the item and contact me within 24 hours
. I will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you . Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out so I can file a claim with the carrier.
